Loan Process Agreement for Kaasen:
The borrower agrees to complete the loaner form provided by the lender, including providing a valid credit card number.
Upon completion of the loaner form, the lender will charge the borrower's credit card for $1.00.
The lender will ship the loaner unit to the borrower along with a shipping label for the borrower's unit to be returned.
The borrower agrees to ship their unit to the lender upon receiving the loaner unit.
Once the lender receives the borrower's unit, it will be worked on for repair.
The borrower has a period of 14 days (two weeks) from the date of receiving their repaired unit to return the loaner unit to the lender without any additional charges.
If the borrower fails to return the loaner unit within the specified timeframe, their credit card will be charged again.
Late fees in the event that we cannot pull the entire amount will be 15% of the remaining balance and accrued monthly until the full balance is paid or the unit is returned.
By completing the loaner form and accepting the loaner unit, the borrower agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
